Trump kids: Campaign has changed our father
Donald Trump’s children said Monday night that the presidential election has changed their father, adding that the energy of the American people has “fueled” the GOP nominee.
On the eve of the election, Trump’s elder daughter, Ivanka, said the campaign has “100 percent” changed the real estate mogul and explained that the stories shared by Americans nationwide have helped Trump keep up a rigorous campaign schedule.
{mosads}“You meet so many people and you hear their incredible stories. … It’s the fuel that motivates you, and I see it every day,” Ivanka Trump said on Fox News’s “Hannity” Monday night. She appeared with two of her siblings following the GOP nominee’s rally in New Hampshire earlier in the night.
“Yesterday my father was in six states, it’s almost like he’s a machine,” she continued. “He’s buoyed and fueled by the energy of the people and by their belief in him as an agent of change.”
Trump’s younger daughter, Tiffany, echoed a similar sentiment. She’s been out on the campaign trail with Ivanka in the final days of the race.
“I think every day he gets inspired by more people and really want to make a difference for all of us.”
Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., argued that his father is putting traditionally blue states into play, including New Mexico, Colorado and Michigan, where he’s holding his final rally of the campaign.
“There’s states in play that aren’t supposed to be in play,” Trump Jr. said.
