Anti-Trump GOP rep: ‘Maybe’ I’m on Trump enemies list

Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) said Wednesday he thinks he may on Donald Trump’s purported “list of enemies.”

{mosads}”Maybe. I’m on a lot of people’s enemies lists, I’m sure. All over the place,” Kinzinger, who declined to support President-elect Trump during his presidential campaign, said on CNN.

“No, look, I’m excited.”

Kinzinger said there’s a lot of “emotion” after the election.

“People are upset. You get some of the Trump supporters that were upset with me. I understand it,” he said.

“I’ve had to live that every day. And you have people that are upset. And so in that emotion it’s kind of like, OK, it’s time for some payback. But I think the next morning, and this is how I feel today, it’s like this is an opportunity to unify the country.”

Trump surrogate Omarosa Manigault on Tuesday night said Trump will keep a list of the Republicans who voted against him in the presidential election.

“It’s so great our enemies are making themselves clear so that when we get in to the White House, we know where we stand,” the former “Apprentice” contestant told the Independent Journal Review.

She singled out Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), who announced on Twitter on Tuesday that he voted for independent candidate Evan McMullin for president.

“If [Graham] felt his interests was with that candidate, God bless him,” she said.

“I would never judge anybody for exercising their right to and the freedom to choose who they want. But let me just tell you, Mr. Trump has a long memory and we’re keeping a list.”
