Walker criticizes Clinton’s record at State

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) is knocking Hillary Clinton’s record as secretary of State.

Walker, a possible GOP candidate for the White House next year who would have little experience on foreign affairs, argued Clinton’s years at State reflect poorly on her.

“Well, I think the most important thing in foreign policy is leadership,” he said when asked on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” about his thoughts on a president coming into the White House without foreign policy experience. 

{mosads}“The knock on the president is not whether or not he had experience. I mean, Hillary Clinton had a lot of experience being the secretary of State, but you look at most of the places where she played a direct hand — in Russia, in the Middle East, in other places around the world — and it’s largely messed up right now,” he said. 

Walker is known for his domestic agenda in Wisconsin, where he repeatedly battled unions, successfully beat back a recall effort and then won reelection last year.

He’s likely to lead a trade mission to Israel sometime this year, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported Monday.
