Report: Las Vegas gunman had devices to speed firing

The suspected gunman in the deadly Las Vegas mass shooting reportedly had devices that could increase the speed of gunfire. 

The Associated Press reported Tuesday that Stephen Paddock had two “bump-stocks,” which can be used to used to increase the rate of fire.

{mosads}Officials told the news outlet they are investigating whether or not the gunman used the devices to alter the weapons used in the attack. 

At least 59 people were killed and more than 500 others injured late Sunday at an open-air country music festival on the Las Vegas strip.

The attack has reignited the gun debate in the United States, with Democrats renewing calls for gun control.
