Democrat Travis Childers and Republican Greg Davis emerged in runoffs for the House seat previously held by Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.). The district is pretty conservative, but the higher turnout for Democrats in the runoff keeps it from being a “completely safe Republican hold,” James writes.
