Jindal: ‘I don’t know’ about 2016
Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal (La.) said Sunday that he’s not sure whether he will run for president in 2016.
Jindal did not close the door on the possibility, telling “Fox News Sunday,” “I don’t know yet, and I think it’s too early.”
“We got a lot of elections we’ve got to win before then,” Jindal said.
{mosads}The second-term governor and chairman of the Republican Governors Association is considered part of a large group of likely GOP presidential candidates for 2016.
In his interview, Jindal slammed the rocky rollout of ObamaCare’s enrollment site as “symptomatic of a bigger problem” with Democrats’ philosophy of government.
“This is symptomatic of a liberal ideology that believes government should be running our healthcare,” Jindal said of the website troubles.
“Once the government gets so vast, I would argue that it is almost inevitable that you would have these kinds of problems,” he said.
