Trump: I don’t want to be on ‘boring’ John Oliver show
Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump is firing back at comedian John Oliver, saying he has no interest in being on the funnyman’s late night talk show.
“John Oliver had his people call to ask me to be on his very boring and low rated show,” Trump tweeted Saturday. “I said ‘NO THANKS’ Waste of time & energy!”

{mosads}The tweet was in response to the “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver” host saying that he had no interest in hosting Trump on his HBO show.
{mosads}“I don’t really care about him in any capacity,” Oliver said on “CBS This Morning.” “I don’t really have anything to say to him.”
“He’s said everything he has to say,” Oliver continued. “He has no internal monologue, that man.”
The comic added that Trump is “an open book … that doesn’t have that many interesting words in it.”
