Hillary Clinton sequel in the works
A sequel is in the works to the bestseller about Hillary Clinton’s years at the State Department.
The Hill’s senior White House correspondent Amie Parnes and Bloomberg News’s Jonathan Allen are writing a new book that will look at what is probably Clinton’s last chance at the presidency, Crown Publishers will announce Tuesday.
{mosads}The sequel will take readers “inside the inner-most circles of ‘Hillaryland’ as the clock ticks toward 2016,” according to a release from the publisher.
The book promises to capture the major factors that will come into play in a Clinton presidential run, including the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya and the role of former President Bill Clinton.
A publication date and title have yet to be announced.
Parnes and Allen earlier this year published HRC: State Secrets and the Rebirth of Hillary Clinton, which immediately debuted on the New York Times bestseller list.
Hillary Clinton is widely expected to run for the White House in 2016, and is the heavy favorite to win the Democratic nomination.
