Eagles of Death Metal appear on stage in Paris

Eagles of Death Metal, the American rock band whose Paris concert was attacked by terrorists last month, appeared with U2 at a concert in France’s capital on Monday.

It was the band’s first appearance since the Nov. 13 attack in Paris.

{mosads}A majority of the 130 people killed in the Paris attacks died at the Bataclan Theater, where the band performed on Nov. 13.

The band has also said it would restart its halted European tour in February 2016, with a frontman recently saying he couldn’t wait to get back to Paris to play.

“They were robbed of their stage three weeks ago and we would like to offer them ours tonight,” U2 singer Bono said Monday, according to the BBC.

Their latest show comes days after another mass shooting in San Bernardino, Calif., was also linked to terrorism, further stoking global terrorism fears.
