Donald Trump met with the co-hosts of “Morning Joe” last week after months of publicly feuding with the MSNBC personalities, according to a new report.

Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski met with the Republican presidential nominee at Trump Tower in New York City, CNN Money reported on Monday.

{mosads}The meeting was meant to rekindle the co-hosts’ relationship with Trump, and the three discussed the possibility of conducting an interview, CNN reported.

NBC and the Trump campaign declined to comment for the report.

During the Republican primary, Scarborough, a former GOP congressman from Florida, faced accusations of being overly warm with Trump.

Trump was interviewed on the program in early March, but the relationship soon frayed. Scarborough announced in May that he wouldn’t vote for Trump if the candidate stuck by his proposed ban on Muslims entering the country.

Trump exchanged increasingly personal jabs with the “Morning Joe” hosts over the summer.

The GOP nominee slammed the show’s “small audience” and “low ratings” in June, tweeting, “I hear Mika has gone wild with hate. Joe is Joe. They lost their way!”

Last month, Trump called Brzezinski “a neurotic and not very bright mess” and implied a romantic relationship between her and Scarborough, referring to them as “two clowns.”

“Neurotic and not very bright? Look in the mirror,” Scarborough responded on Twitter, claiming Trump was among the show’s “obsessed fans.”

Trump also called Brzezinski “crazy” and said she should apologize for a “coordinated gang attack” after a Trump supporter clashed with Brzezinski in an earlier interview.
