Suspect in shooting deaths of two Iowa cops apprehended
A suspect has been apprehended in the ambush-style shooting deaths of two Iowa police officers, according to local media reports.
{mosads}Scott Michael Green is suspected of shooting and killing two police officers in Iowa early Wednesday morning.
Police said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Officers from Urbandale, Iowa, and Des Moines were gunned down in their patrol cars in separate incidents early Wednesday morning.
Police say the attacks appeared targeted at officers.
