Trump files to block Pennsylvania recount
President-elect Donald Trump has filed to block a recount in Pennsylvania, Politico reported Friday.
{mosads}”Despite being no more than a blip on the electoral radar, Stein has now commandeered Pennsylvania’s electoral process, with an eye toward doing the same to the Electoral College,” reads the complaint filed by Trump’s attorneys.
“There is no evidence — or even an allegation — that any tampering with Pennsylvania’s voting systems actually occurred.”
Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein filed for recounts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, citing concern about the integrity of voting systems. Trump also filed a complaint against the Michigan recount and has lashed out at Stein for the efforts.
Trump’s wins in the three states gave him 306 electoral votes and the victory over Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton the presidential race.
Though his lawyers say there is “no evidence” that anything went wrong in Pennsylvania’s election, Trump has alleged widespread voter fraud in states he lost.
Serious voter fraud in Virginia, New Hampshire and California – so why isn’t the media reporting on this? Serious bias – big problem!
