Bill Cosby’s publicist asserted Saturday that the comedian’s “power is back” after a Pennsylvania judge declared a mistrial when the jury failed to reach a verdict in the sexual assault case.
“Mr. Cosby’s power is back,” Andrew Wyatt told press gathered outside of the Norristown, Pa., courthouse. “It’s back. It has been restored.”
Wyatt went on to slam well-known attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing several of Cosby’s accusers.

“And for all those attorneys who conspired, like Gloria Allred, tell them to go back to law school and take another class,” Cosby’s publicist said.
Allred gave her own statement Saturday, saying she hoped prosecutors tried the case again and that the court would allow more accusers to testify.
“It’s too early to celebrate, Mr. Cosby,” she said. “Round two may be just around the corner and this time justice may prevail.”
“You can never underestimate the blinding power of celebrity, but justice will come,” Allred added in a Fox News interview.
