Holder voids Stevens conviction

NPR is reporting that Attorney General Eric Holder will withdraw the indictment of Ted Stevens due to prosecutorial misconduct. Nina Totenberg writes that Holder knows the trial judge, Emmet Sullivan, well, and has watched in horror as Sullivan has repeatedly criticized prosecutors for their actions.
