A man accused of mailing pipe bombs to prominent critics of President Trump last year will enter a plea next week, according to a federal court docket in New York.

Cesar Sayoc Jr., 56, is expected to plead guilty, according to The Associated Press. The docket does not indicate what charges Sayoc will be pleading to, but notes that a pretrial conference scheduled for Thursday will now focus on a plea.{mosads}

Sayoc was arrested in Florida last year after he allegedly mailed 14 pipe bombs to various political figures and entities, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former President Obama, CNN and Democratic mega-donor George Soros.

None of the mailed devices exploded and no one was injured.

Sayoc was indicted on 30 counts in Manhattan federal court in November. He faces the possibility of life in prison.

He was arrested in Florida in October and charged with interstate transportation of an explosive, illegal mailing of explosives, threats against former presidents and certain other persons, threatening interstate communication and assaulting federal officers.

He has a long criminal history, including threatening bombings on multiple occasions.
