Molson Coors’s beer production has been disrupted by a massive hack, the company said Thursday.

The brewer, which makes Miller and Coors products, said in filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it experienced a “systems outage that was caused by a cybersecurity incident.”

The company said it had “leading forensic information technology firms and legal counsel” to assist their investigation, and is working to get its systems up as quickly as possible.

Molson Coors further said that it is actively managing the cybersecurity incident, but noted “it has caused and may continue to cause a delay or disruption to parts of the Company’s business, including its brewery operations, production, and shipments.”

According to The Associated Press, Molson Coors operates seven breweries and packaging plants in the U.S., three in Canada and 10 in Europe.

The hack is the latest in a number of cybersecurity events. Brandon Wales, acting director of the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency, said on Wednesday that the agency has seen “widespread hacking” since Chinese hackers exploited security flaws in the Microsoft Exchange app.
