Rep. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) is still frustrating all of us with his prolonged deliberations on Illinois’s 2010 Senate and governor’s races.
At a press conference Monday, he hinted that whatever he does, it’s likely to be a step up.
The AP reports Kirk said he’s raising money for a “big campaign.” So does that mean he’ll definitely run for either Senate or governor?
Of course, his own House reelection race could be considered a big campaign, too.
