DCCC targets 6 Republicans with radio ads

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee on Monday launched radio ads in six GOP districts targetting Republicans for opposing President Obama’s stimulus plan.

The ads, will be be accompanied by emails and robocalls, are the latest in the Democratic strategy to label the GOP as the “party of no.”

“We are once again going district by district to hold ‘just say no’ House Republicans accountable for voting against thousands of jobs for their constituents and against middle class tax cuts that would immediately help ease the economic crisis for families struggling to make ends meet,” DCCC Executive Director Jon Vogel said in a statement.

The ads target the following Republicans, all of whom are likely targets for the Democrats next year.

Congressman Brian Bilbray (CA-50)
Congressman Charlie Dent (PA-15)
Congressman Peter King (NY-03)
Congressman Thad McCotter (MI-11)
Congressman Tom Rooney (FL-16)
Congressman Don Young (AK-All)
