The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) has released the first iteration of its Patriot program for vulnerable members.
Included on the list of 10 members are four freshmen, three Californians and the most vulnerable man in Congress, Rep. Joseph Cao (R-La.).

Rep. Thaddeus McCotter (Mich.)

Rep. Leonard Lance (N.J.)
Rep. Chris Lee (N.Y.)
Rep. Dave Reichert (Wash.)
No huge surprises on this list. Biggert won by 10 points in 2008. and turned away a challenge in perhaps the toughest state for Republicans
