VIDEO: AFSCME-AUC launch 100 Day TV spot

AFSCME and Americans United for Change are teaming up to air the above tv ad this week that hits Republicans (again) for being the “party of no.”

The ad highlights some of the major pieces of legislation that President Obama has pushed through Congress in the early state of his presidency – such as his economic stimulus package – and says that the GOP has opposed every one.

“There have always been those who said no to progress,” the ad states. “But in times of crisis, Americans have never taken no for an answer.”

The ad will begin running on Friday nationally on MSNBC and in DC on Fox, CNN and MSNBC, according to the campaign. It will stay on the air through April 29th and is a “mid five-figure buy.”
