As a recount looms over Minnesota’s hotly contested Senate race, Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.) said this morning that if he were in the shoes of opponent Al Franken, he would refuse a recount and let a “healing process” begin for Minnesotans. Coleman declared victory in the race at an early morning press conference.
