Rep. Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) is setting an awfully high bar for Barack Obama.
Rangel, during a rally in his Harlem district Monday, fired up the crowd by asking them who would save the entire world, reports PolitickerNY. The answer, of course, was “Barack Obama!”
