Liberal groups seek to ‘Dog the Blue Dogs’ on the budget
A coalition of liberal action groups will target centrist, “Blue Dog” Democrats Tuesday, trying to elicit support from the lawmakers for President Obama’s budget.
The Campaign for America’s Future (CAF) along with USAction and liberal blogger Jane Hamsher will look to “Dog the Blue Dogs,” calling on supporters to call the centrist Democrats and inundate them with support for the administration’s budget and other proposals.
