Biden to Visit West Virginia
Sen. Joe Biden (D-Del.) will head to West Virginia Friday to campaign in the state, which Democrats have not won since 1996.
Biden will visit Charleston in an effort to build off of momentum in recenbt polls indicating that John McCain’s campaign may be vulnerable in the state, which has tended to favor Republicans in recent presidential elections.
