Palin Meets With James Dobson
Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin took a detour while out on the campaign trail in Colorado to meet with conservative religious leader James Dobson.
According to CNN, while in Colorado Springs for a campaign stop, Palin met with Dobson, the founder of “Focus on the Family” and a major conservative critic of John McCain.
“Speaking as a private individual, I would not vote for John McCain under any circumstances,” Dobson said in July, though he has since relented in his rhetoric since the choice of Palin as a running mate.
