NRCC almost back in black
The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) just announced it raised $3.2 million in May, paying down $1 million in debt and ending with $3.7 million cash on hand.
The total raised includes a $1 million transfer from the Republican National Committee (RNC).
The committee still has $4 million in debt leftover from last cycle, but is almost back in the black, with slightly less cash than debt.
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) has yet to release its fundraising numbers for May, which are due Saturday. At the end of April, it had $4 million in cash and $7.3 million in debt.
