Karl Rove just twittered and posted a photo about his and his former boss’s departure from Washington.
“It been quite a ride–heading home,” Rove wrote on Twitter, the micro-blogging tool, just minutes after President Obama was sworn in.
Rove also linked to a photo of himself at an airport and in front of what appears to be a presidential plane.
Former President George W. Bush is flying by helicopter from the Capitol to Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, according to the Associated Press. He’s expected to make brief remarks in a hangar, and then fly by plane to Dallas, Texas.
