Obama Arrives at White House for Coffee

President-elect Obama, Vice President-elect Biden and their spouses have arrived at the White House to have coffee with President Bush.

Bush and First Lady Laura Bush greeted Obama and Michelle Obama as they exited their limo. Michelle Obama handed a present — in a box with a red ribbon — to Laura Bush.

Obama and his family have already been to St. John’s Church in Lafayette Square for a service that has beceom an inaugural tradition, according to the pool report. Obama’s entourage included: Maya Soetoro-Ng, Obama’s half-sister; Marian Robinson, Michelle Obama’s mother; Craig Robinson, Michelle Obama’s brother; Reggie Love, President-elect Obama’s personal aide; and Kaye Wilson, the godmother of the Obama daughters.

The group rode from the Blair House in two limousines, both with the license plate “1.”
