Biden guarantees an end to economic crisis
Vice President Biden, defending President Obama’s $787 billion stimulus package in Saratoga County, New York, said he guarantees the global economic crisis will end.
“I guarantee you we’re going to come out of this,” Biden said. “I guarantee you it’s going to get better.”
