Obama to Host British PM Brown March 3rd

President Obama will play host to British Prime Minister Gordon Brown next month, the White House announced Saturday.

Brown will visit the White House Tuesday, March 3rd to discuss the global economy and the war in Afghanistan, among other issues.

“The United States and the United Kingdom share a special partnership, and the President looks forward to working closely with the Prime Minister to address common global challenges,” White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said in a statement.
