Former Secretary of State Colin Powell made news Tuesday by dancing on a London stage and declaring that it was “Africa’s turn” to grow economically.
Now, finally, Powell’s moves have made it onto YouTube.
In the clip, Powell can be seen breaking it down with Nigerian hip-hop group Olu Maintain. The video appears to have been shot by a member of the audience at the Africa Rising festival in Royal Albert Hall.
After Powell’s impromptu performance, Fox News speculated Wednesday that Powell will soon endorse Barack Obama. Also on Wednesday, Huffington Post blogger Lawrence O’Donnell wrote that that Powell is ready to endorse a candidate. But neither Fox nor O’Donnell named any sources.
See the video below. Those prone to motion sickness should be warned that the footage is extremely shaky. Powell is the one in the suit and tie.
