The More Children, More Choices legislation we introduced today sets forth a clear contrast between those of us who want to empower low and middle income families to purchase their own private health insurance and those who want to move more Americans onto government programs. Americans are hard working, innovative, proud people who want bad government policies and high taxes to get out of the way so they can take care of their families and pursue their dreams. I will do all in my power to free Americans to succeed by getting the big, inefficient federal government off their back. The opponents of our More Children, More Choices Act will need to explain to 10 million kids why their parents should be denied more affordable private health insurance for their children.
