Mike Gravel Wants Universal Health Care

In this campaign video, former Sen. Mike Gravel (D-Alaska) said it’s possible for the United States to adopt universal health care because technology can eliminate over 30 percent of costs relating to paperwork databases.

“This is something that can be obtained if we develop the right plans…” Gravel said. “I don’t think we need to raise taxes in order to provide universal health care. All we need to do is consider to make it more efficient than it is right now.”
