Next week’s hearings: Education, health, immigration … and going to Mars

On Monday, a House Energy and Commerce subcommittee will hear testimony on health insurance premiums under ObamaCare. On Tuesday, Education Secretary Arne Duncan will testify on President Obama’s 2014 budget plan for his department.
