Rep. Chaffetz mulls enacting 5-second rule
Rep. Jason Chaffetz suffered a breakfast food snafu on Monday morning and indicated he might be a believer in the five-second rule.
The Utah Republican apparently bungled the handling of his bagel at Starbucks, even offering an Instagram photo of his would-be morning meal:
Dang. That is my bagel on the floor of Starbucks. Probably going to pass on eating it. Probably http://t.co/dwriToC2dK

No word on whether the bagel ended up in the trashcan or in Chaffetz’s mouth.
