Sanders will be Colbert guest day after NH

CBS

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is heading back to late-night, making an appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” a day after the New Hampshire primary.

The Democratic presidential candidate will sit down with the CBS host on Feb. 10, the network announced Wednesday. Sanders, who’s famously private about his personal life, appeared on “The Late Show” last September.

The 2016 White House hopefuls have been stepping up their late-night TV appearances recently. Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton and GOP candidate Donald Trump both appeared on NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” last month. Clinton and Trump also yukked it up in interviews with Colbert last fall.
