Colbert takes on Scaramucci in bleep-filled segment

Stephen Colbert gave “Late Show” censors a workout Thursday night, providing a bleep-filled recap of White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci’s colorful quotes about his co-workers. 

“I was worried when Sean Spicer left that the communications office would lose some flavor, little did I know he was going to be replaced by a guy who serves up some very spicy quotes,” Colbert said.

{mosads}He read out Scaramucci’s comments published in the New Yorker calling chief of staff Reince Priebus a “paranoid schizophrenic” and stating that he doesn’t want to be like chief strategist Stephen Bannon and “suck my own c–k.”

In response to Scaramucci suggesting that Priebus was trying to “c–k block” him from joining the White House for the past six months, Colbert said: “Mooch, I don’t think anybody can block you from being a c–k.”

He highlighted Scaramucci complaining about D.C. staffers stabbing each other in the back, mocking that fact that Scaramucci admitted he’s “more of a front-stabbing person” as though that was more gentlemanly.

Colbert also mocked Scaramucci for being upset that Politico published his financial disclosure forms, saying he could imagine him being upset with the outlet revealing his assets are about $85 million, making him “the poorest person in the White House.”
