Michelle Obama gives third grader A+ for her report on the former first lady
Michelle Obama on Wednesday gave a stamp of approval to a young girl who chose the former first lady as the subject of a third grade project.
“I may not be a 3rd grade teacher, but this gets an A+ in my book!” Obama tweeted in response to the 9-year-old’s project.
This just made my day. I may not be a 3rd grade teacher, but this gets an A+ in my book! https://t.co/wBTzbyG8zr

The girl’s mother posted a photo of her daughter standing in front of a poster board with photos of Obama and biographical information, posing like the main photo of Obama.
“She was inspired by her work to make sure more kids go to college & #ReachHigher. She loves that Mrs Obama is brown & has hair like hers,” the girl’s mother said.
