Vanessa Trump blasts media for obsessing over Donald Trump Jr.’s private life
Vanessa Trump is defending her estranged husband’s new relationship and blasting the media for what she calls obsessive coverage of her and Donald Trump Jr.’s private lives.
Trump, who filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years back in March, tweeted on Thursday:
The lengths people will go to attack a woman simply because she’s dating Don. We’ve been separated for over 9 months and respect each other’s decisions & privacy. We’ll focus on raising our great kids.Would be nice if the press did the same rather than obsess over our pvt lives! https://t.co/fa73W3gv43

{mosads}Trump’s tweet follows a New York Daily News columnist earlier this week calling on Fox News to fire “The Five” co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle.
The Daily News’s Linda Stasi wrote that Guilfoyle, who is reportedly romantically linked to President Trump’s 40-year-old son, “can’t report on the most powerful family in the country while dating one of them.”
Trump Jr. had tweeted on Wednesday that the New York Daily News column was an example of “hypocrisy, sexism & racist rhetoric.”
Married in 2005, Vanessa Trump, a former model, and Trump Jr., a top executive at the Trump Organization, have five children.
