Bill Clinton wants to be called ‘first volunteer’ if Hillary is elected

Bill Clinton revealed the title he wants to go by if Hillary Clinton becomes the first female president. 

{mosads}Asked by DailyMail.com on Tuesday in North Carolina if he’d prefer to be called “first gentleman” or “first dude,” Clinton offered a unique suggestion. 

“What I hope I’ll be is the first volunteer,” the former president said. “I hope to be the best free labor she’s got.”  

Clinton added that he doesn’t care what he’s called as long as his wife, the Democratic nominee for president, wins. 

When Sarah Palin was governor of Alaska, her husband Todd Palin preferred to be called the state’s “first dude.” During his wife’s 2008 vice presidential campaign, Todd Palin expressed interest in bringing the term to the White House.
