A Fourth of July celebration at the White House is heading to the small screen, with a just-announced TV special.

This year’s July 4 festivities at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. will air as part of a live TV program on Hallmark Channel, the White House announced on Tuesday.

Among those poised to perform at the fireworks-filled event, hosted by the National Park Service and the National Park Foundation: country music star Sara Evans, former “American Idol” finalists Jax and Jonny Brenns and pianist Lola Astanova. The U.S. Marine Band, the U.S. Navy Band Sea Chanters and the U.S. Air Force Band’s Max Impact are also on the line-up for next week’s 90-minute special.

{mosads}“I’m delighted to welcome this new addition to the annual White House July 4th celebration,” Melania Trump said in a statement. “Americans will be able to tune in from their homes and be part of the festivities,” the first lady added.

Ahead of the 8 p.m. TV program, President Trump and Melania Trump are scheduled to host a picnic on the South Lawn for military families. The commander in chief and first lady hosted a similar military appreciation event last Independence Day.

The spectacle at the White House isn’t the only fireworks show in town — PBS will mark America’s birthday with its annual “A Capitol Fourth” celebration live from the West Lawn of the Capitol on the same night.

That event, which organizers say is the “longest-running live national July 4 TV tradition,” will be hosted by “Fuller House” star John Stamos and will feature performances by Jimmy Buffett and the cast of Broadway’s “Escape to Margaritaville,” The Beach Boys, Pentatonix, singer Andy Grammer, Chita Rivera and The Temptations.
