Best-selling author J.K. Rowling tore into White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Thursday, adding to the growing number of accusations that Sanders shared an edited video to justify the Trump administration’s suspension of CNN correspondent Jim Acosta’s press credentials.

The “Harry Potter” author shared a line from George Orwell’s dystopian classic, “1984,” on Twitter alongside the press secretary’s tweet that featured the video.

“And if all others accepted the lie which the Party imposed—if all records told the same tale—then the lie passed into history and became truth,” Rowling wrote on Twitter.

Rowling has long been a vocal critic of President Trump and his administration.

After Trump’s executive order on immigration earlier last year, Rowling resurfaced a December 2015 tweet from Vice President Pence that said: “Calls to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. are offensive and unconstitutional.”

{mosads}Rowling also said villain of her “Harry Potter” series, Lord Voldemort, wasn’t as bad as Trump after the president doubled down on his call for a “total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States.”

The author’s comments join those of a number of prominent figures on social media, including journalists and professional journalism organizations, that have accused Sanders of sharing a doctored video on her official Twitter account to justify the White House’s decision to revoke Acosta’s hard press pass following a tense exchange with Trump on Wednesday.

In the video, Acosta’s arm can be seen brushing a young female White House intern who attempted to take a microphone away from him as he questioned Trump about a Central American migrant caravan.

Though Sanders cited the reporter’s interaction with the press aide as reason for suspending his hard pass, many said the video Sanders shared, which focuses in on the moment of contact between Acosta and the intern, appears to have been sped up to make the interaction seem more aggressive.
