Alec Baldwin is asking his social media followers if he could count on their votes if he ran for president.

The actor, who won an Emmy Award in 2017 for his portrayal of President Trump on “Saturday Night Live,” wrote to his more than 1 million Twitter followers on Monday:

{mosads}It’s not the first time that 61-year-old Baldwin has boasted that he could win a potential White House match-up against Trump.

Last year, the former “30 Rock” star — an outspoken critic of Trump — said on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show, “If I ran, I would win.”

“I would absolutely win,” Baldwin continued, telling the radio host that his foray into politics would be “the funniest, most exciting, most crazy campaign.”

Trump has slammed Baldwin’s “SNL” impression of him, writing on Twitter last year that the performer’s “dying mediocre career was saved by his terrible impersonation.”

Baldwin has previously flirted with a political bid. In 2011, the Academy Award nominee considered a New York City mayoral run, but later cited scheduling conflicts as a reason he wouldn’t take the plunge.

“The old adage you hear people say who are interested in politics: I would like to be the mayor, I don’t know if I want to run for mayor,” Baldwin said in a 2011 interview.
