{mosads}Obama also tops the list of 10 most popular political topics on Facebook during the past year. The list also includes topics such as gay marriage and ObamaCare.
Mitt Romney comes in second on both lists. The other two most-talked-about politicians this year were GOP vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan and Rick Santorum, a contender for the Republican presidential nomination.
Wisconsin congressman Ryan appears on the lists for both politics and for public figures, competing on the latter with sports and screen stars. Vice President Biden does not appear on either list.
