{mosads}Last July, Woods, a frequent golfing partner of Trump’s, said he’d known Trump for years but added that “no matter who is in the office, you may like, dislike personality or the politics, but we all must respect the office.”
Woods has also been known to play with former presidents Clinton and Obama as well as the late George H.W. Bush.
Woods last won the tournament in 2005. The Sunday victory marks his fifth in the tournament and his 15th career major championship overall, putting him only three behind Jack Nicklaus, another frequent Trump golfing partner.
