Jennifer Ortega, former staff assistant to ex-Rep. Todd Rokita (R-Ind.), and Kathryn Branson, former legislative assistant to ex-Rep. Lou Barletta (R-Pa.), will work on the account.

HEALTH CARE. Corona Pathology, a California-based pathology laboratory, hired Becker & Poliakoff to work on pathology and laboratory services issues. Omar Franco, former aide to Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart (R-Fla.), will work on the account.

Disability Benefits Deadline Initiative, which advocates for Social Security disability claims payments, hired K&L Gates to work on issues related to prompt payments of Social Security disability claims. Tim Peckinpaugh, former professional staff aide on the House Science Committee, is among those working on the account.

TECHNOLOGY. Advocacy organization 5G Action Now hired BGR Government Affairs for support on its work to establish the United States as the worldwide leader in 5G. Erskine Wells, former deputy chief of staff to Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.), will work on the account.

APPROPRIATIONS. Monster Worldwide Inc. an online employment solutions company, hired Holland & Knight to work on appropriations issues. Former Rep. Tom Davis (R-Va.) will work on the account.

ENERGY. Pine Gate Renewables, a utility-scale solar energy developer, hired Lot Sixteen to work on implementation of statutes related to the electric sector, climate change policy and other issues. Colin Hayes, former staff director on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, and Joseph Eaves, former legislative director to Rep. Paul Tonko (D-N.Y.), will work on the account.
