T-Mobile hired The Raben Group to work on telecommunications and wireless issues, COVID-19 relief legislation, and 5G and spectrum issues. Estuardo Rodriguez, who was an attorney for the Department of Housing and Urban Development during the Clinton administration, will work on the account.

TRANSPORTATION 

Ford Motor Co. hired FOCUS DC to work on transportation issues like electrification. Matthew Gerson, former executive vice president of public policy and government relations at the Universal Media Group, will work on the account.

FINANCIAL SERVICES 

Credit reporting agency Equifax Inc. hired Fulcrum Public Affairs to work on issues related to financial services. Oscar Ramirez, former special assistant to the Labor secretary under former President Obama, and Dana Thompson, former legislative director and chief counsel to Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), will work on the account.

Vanguard Charitable hired K&L Gates to work on issues related to donor-advised funds. Lauren Flynn, former legislative correspondent to former Rep. Greg Walden (R-Ore.), will work on the account.

HEALTH CARE 

The Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association hired The Vogel Group to work on issues concerning drug and alcohol testing policy as determined and regulated by the Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance at the Department of Transportation. Alex Vogel, former chief counsel to ex-Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.), will work on the account.

ENERGY 

The American Clean Power Association hired Lot Sixteen LLC to work on energy and climate change policy, as well as other issues including tax, trade, appropriations and regulatory matters. Colin Hayes, former staff director for Republicans on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, will work on the account.

The Energy Marketers of America hired Squire Patton Boggs to work on outreach and education regarding energy, fuel and transportation issues. Perrin Brown, former press intern in the office of Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), will work on the account.
