Alex Vogel, former chief counsel to ex-Sen. Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.); Brian Johnson, former head of tax at the American Petroleum Institute; and Samir Kapadia, former executive assistant at the Heritage Foundation, will work on the account.
INFRASTRUCTURE. The Vogel Group also registered with the Portland Cement Association to work on issues relating to infrastructure and the cement industry. Vogel, Johnson and Kapadia will also work on that account.

HOUSING. Texas-based company Target Hospitality, which provides turnkey accommodations and hospitality solutions, hired Carmen Group Incorporated to work on housing issues. David Carmen, the firm’s founder, will work on the account.
FINANCIAL SERVICES. Colorado-based private investor Greg Anderson hired JM Burkman & Associates to work on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission issues and lobby the House Financial Services and Senate Banking Committees. Jack Burkman, the firm’s president, will work on the account.
