Photos on social media show male students partaking in the Hazard High School’s homecoming “man pageant” dressed in lingerie and performing dances on some male members of the staff, including Principal Donald “Happy” Mobelini, who is the mayor of Hazard.

In additional photos, some female students could be seen wearing Hooters outfits.

Mobelini was investigated twice in 2008 for incidents involving alcohol and his students after photos appeared online reportedly showing Mobelini driving students as they smoked and drank alcohol.

“We are aware of what took place in Hazard Independent Schools and have been in contact with the superintendent, who has informed us that the incident in question is under investigation,” Toni Konz Tatman, a spokeswoman for the Kentucky Department of Education, told the Herald-Leader.

Mobelini hasn’t commented at this time.
