Protester tries to interrupt Santorum speech
Midway into Santorum’s (R-Pa.) address, a young woman began screaming from a nearly empty section in the third level of the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
The woman could be heard, albeit dimly, from the floor of the convention hall as the former GOP presidential hopeful spoke. Her message could not be made out from the floor.
After a full minute, she was escorted out of the arena. Santorum did not acknowledge the protester; it was not clear if he could hear her.
